Arellian Nursery School – 50 Betham Drive, Belfast BT12 5NS; Re- surfacing of Nursery School play area with new wet pour surface. Modular steel canopy structure and associated drainage.

Blythefield Primary School – Blythe Street, Belfast BT12 5HX; Refurbishment of parents room including, new kitchen units, refurbishment of wooden floor, provision for new interactive whiteboard. External steel structure comprising of bin store, pickup/information shelter and bike store.

Holy Cross Nursery School – Brookfield Street, Belfast Bt14 7AP; Re- surfacing of Nursery School play area with new wet pour surface and new playground equipment. New artificial grass surfacing.

The works include demolition and removal of existing structures and sub- structures, hard-standing, site services, infrastructure and clearance of the site.

In Blythefield NS the Contractor will be required to strip out the existing classroom (where applicable & as documented in the works information) including the removal/repair of floor finishes, kitchen units, skirting, furniture, prior to the demolition works.

In Arellian & Holy Cross NS the Contractor will be required to carry out external demolitions, grub up ground & carry out all other site works required to facilitate the new external works.

On all sites the Contractor is to include dismantling and removing all existing services, for backfilling all voids with hardcore to meet the required levels and to the satisfaction of relevant statutory bodies.
