Construction of 22 number dwellings – mixture of 2 person 1 bed, 3 person 2 bed, 5 person 3 bed and complex needs bungalows:
- Concrete driven piles with precast driven floors.
- Traditional masonry build.
- SBD Standards (secure by design).
- Lifetime Homes.
- Waste water pumping station to be installed on site.
- Diversion of existing drainage and utilities, remediation of contaminated area.
- Preservation of existing play area within the site during construction works.
