Ards Hospital
Strip out of existing wall floor and ceiling finishes and fitted furniture. Re-configuration of layout to provide new therapy suite, meeting rooms, consultant rooms, offices and welfare facilities etc. this will take place over 18 weeks and 2 concurrent phases of 10 and 8 weeks.
Area of works does not contain asbestos however the works are above / below areas that contain it, Refer to asbestos report.
Doctors surgery on the Second floor to remain open at all times. As such there will be the requirement for evening and weekend work to areas which cannot be accessed when the building is in use. Such as the main circulation stair.
